Production Process
1. raw and fresh bamboo materials.They are new.not dry.But they have been cut most of branch and leaves.
2. our worker are cutting bamboo with remaining leaves
3. cleaning bamboo by machine
4. drying bamboo by sun.If weather is not good(raining days),we drying bamboo by kylin (by fire)
5. Selecting bamboo by different diameters
6. Cutting bamboo by required length
7. Heat straightening bamboo
8. Packing bamboo in white woven bags
9. Loading bamboo into container
10. Make fumigation at port for 24 hours with METHYL BROMIDE (one type of chemistry) before export.
